Innitiate provides hotel marketing consultancy and support for independent hotels and serviced apartments. All activity is fulfilled on behalf of the client.
Innitiate was officially launched by Stephen Callis in August 2020 after being operational since April 2017 as a marketing, ecommerce and distribution resource for hotels. The approach was intentional; generate a client base and achieve successes first – and then showcase these. The objective has been to identify key direct revenue generating opportunities for independent properties and replicate this approach effectively.
Some of the opportunities may seem daunting, technical and completely new to your property – but need not be. The premise is to work with your business, be a part of the team and undertake tasks as a dedicated marketing resource. A day a week, a day a month, a retainer or project work can all be addressed to best suit your needs. With clients situated from Aberdeen to Eastbourne, the length and breadth of the UK is covered from the location in East Sussex.
Having been the Group Marketing Manager of Hand Picked Hotels between 2005 – 2016, I know the industry well and have experience of more traditional marketing activities and use this knowledge with current clients with PR support, crisis management, copy writing, brochure production, promotional campaigns, online review management, plus photography and videography to name a few.
